This week, HRI received our first three Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) approvals! One was for the husband of a client and the other two were for clients who faced deportation five years ago, but who have been filing stays of deportation with ICE. Congrats to our DACA clients!
HRI only accepts DACA cases for immediate relatives of HRI clients and people who fall within our mission. We are accepting these cases on an ongoing basis and do not charge any fees to file these applications.
