HRI’s Executive Director Bill Holston recently wrote a piece for D Magazine’s FrontRow blog, which covers the Dallas arts scene. Bill’s piece discussed Literacy Instruction for Texas’ (LIFT) latest “Literacy Speaks” event featuring poetry written by refugees from the local non-profit Refugee Writes.
