This week is National Volunteer Week! HRI is spending the week highlighting some of our Volunteer All-Stars! These are amazing volunteers who have contributed countless hours and generous amounts of energy to further our mission. Today we are honoring a two all-stars: Sherry Ryan and Kane Cortez. Sherry came to HRI in 2013 and has been our “jack of all trades” volunteer since! Kane courageously filled in for our Social Services Director while she was out on maternity leave, helping ensure there would be no gap in services for our clients.
